By using vimrock.com or buying any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

We offer a paid AI Audit Consultation, done-for-you AI agent automation, 1:1 AI agent mentorship and a free playbook, as described on our Services & Pricing page.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use our services for business purposes.

5. Booking and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. The audit slot is booked only after payment is confirmed. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, attend booked sessions on time, provide the access and inputs we reasonably need, and make sure you have the rights to any data or materials you share with us.

7. Intellectual property

Client-specific deliverables pass to you on full payment. Our frameworks, templates, methods and tools remain our property; we grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep each other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver or receive the services.

9. No guarantee of results

We give advice and build systems in good faith, but we do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue or savings.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Third-party tools

Our services use third-party tools such as Google Meet, Calendly and AI providers. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

12. Termination

Either party may end an engagement by written notice. Fees for work already delivered remain payable. We may refuse or stop service in case of misuse or breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its last-updated date.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
