• You may reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot.
• You may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your slot.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable, since the fee exists to reserve the slot.
• If Vimrock cancels or fails to attend, you get a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you choose.
• If a payment was deducted but no booking was confirmed, it is refunded in full.

Done-for-you and mentorship

Governed by the written proposal or invoice for each engagement. Advance payments for work not yet started are refundable minus any third-party costs already incurred. Work already delivered is not refundable.
